A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Remington homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead carries current Remington, VA licensing and full insurance.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Remington property sits exposed.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
We match material choice to Remington's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Remington Roof Replacement project with us covers.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Remington homeowners can match budget to durability.
For Remington homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Remington roof running cooler and drier.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
On-site assessment covers decking condition, ventilation, and material recommendations specific to your property.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
Tear-off crew protected our landscaping better than we expected going in.
